How do I stop a third-party provider (TPP) from accessing my SettleGo account?
A TPP can only access your SettleGo account with your consent. If you have previously given a TPP your consent and want to withdraw that consent, you can contact the TPP to cancel the access to your accounts. If you’ve provided a TPP with your SettleGo login details, requesting new ones might be the only way to ensure the access is no longer possible. Please contact SettleGo customer support if you would like to change your login details.
